About
This is a small, independent daily Sudoku site — one fresh set of puzzles each day, four difficulty levels, no sign-up required. Open the page, pick a tier, and play. Your progress stays in your browser until you clear it or finish the puzzle.
Why it exists
Many Sudoku apps push subscriptions or interrupt every solve. This site keeps solo play free and uncluttered: a clean grid, a timer if you want one, optional coaching hints, and puzzles checked for a single correct answer. We may show light, non-intrusive display advertising on the play page to support hosting; ads stay clear of the number pad and grid. Difficulty labels reflect the solving technique you need, not just how many cells are blank.
How the puzzles are made
Every puzzle is generated and verified by software before it ships. Each grid has exactly one solution. After cells are removed, a solver checks that the puzzle still has a unique answer, and a separate analyser confirms which difficulty tier it belongs to. Hard and Expert puzzles genuinely require harder logic — they are not just sparse Easy grids.
Privacy & data
Solo play does not need an account; progress stays in your browser unless you use leagues. Leagues store email, username, and finish times on Supabase. Display ads, when shown, use Google AdSense with Google’s consent messaging in the UK and EEA. See our privacy policy and terms.
Leagues
Leagues let up to five friends share a private group with one locked difficulty. Everyone gets the same daily puzzle for that tier; you can compare today’s standings, recent days, and a two-week performance summary. Sign-in is only required for leagues — solo play stays account-free. From your league page, use Play today’s league puzzle to jump straight into the right grid and record your time.
